Contact form
The form collects your name, company, email address, selected support, topics, start, engagement scope and message. We use this information to process your enquiry and communicate with you. Please do not submit confidential third-party data. Required fields are marked on the form.
Storage and forwarding
Your enquiry is saved with a timestamp and random reference as a text file in protected server-side storage. Enquiry files cannot be retrieved through public website links. No emails are sent automatically. We read your saved enquiry and get back to you. To limit automated requests, a hashed IP identifier is used for the current hourly window; identifiers are replaced on the first request in the next window.
Hosting and fonts
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. Technical connection data is processed for delivery and security. Fonts and images are served by this website; page loads do not make Google Fonts requests.
Page counts and optional visit analytics
By default, we count delivered pages and successfully saved enquiries in daily statistics on our own server. These basic counts store no IP address, visitor identifier, individual timestamp, referrer or browser information and create no individual journeys. No analytics cookie is set for this purpose. You can turn counts off through “Privacy & statistics” in the footer. A preference cookie remembers your objection.
Only after your active consent, detailed analytics records a random pseudonymous visitor identifier, session identifier, landing page and page journey, referral group and approved campaign labels, active time, scroll depth, interactions, contact clicks and progress from form start to a saved enquiry. Language and broad device/browser groups supplement these records. There are no form contents, email addresses, raw IP addresses, full referring URLs or browser fingerprints. A pseudonymous identifier is not equivalent to complete anonymity.
The visitor identifier lasts up to 90 days; the session identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Recognition is confined to this website and requires consent. Consent and opt-out preferences last up to 180 days. Older permissions are not reused for expanded analytics. Optional analytics relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Withdrawal stops further collection and removes analytics identifiers from the browser.
Statistics are protected on the server under /media-experts-besucher/. Files older than 90 days are removed at the next statistics request. No data is shared with analytics or advertising providers. Browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals disable both statistics features. A separate hourly hashed IP identifier protects forms and endpoints against abuse.
